Service Type - This field represents the service type of the gear being brought in for servicing. Use the drop down arrow to access the list of service types.

Next & Last Service Dates - Use the drop down arrows for each date field to set the Next and Last Service Dates if possible.

Click the OK button to save your changes and close the item window.

Adding A New Service Item - To add a new service item, click the New Service Item icon in the toolbar. This will open the same Customer Service Item Record window we reviewed in Editing A Service Item, but all fields are blank.

Set the fields and click the OK button to Save the new item and return to the Registered Service Items window.
