Calculate commissions on either earnings based on dynamic product %, earnings based on fixed associate % or earnings based on commission levels.

Choose the amount of detail you would like to print on your receipts. You can print all charter/trip/class options, print paid options only, or choose to save paper and not print any options.

Create family's and tie customers in EncomPos to each family, indicating their role. Share a line of credit account across all family members for easy billing.



Group Reservations and Payments

Take multiple reservations under one person or business name considered the group leader for trips and charters. The group leader can be set up to dive or not, and pay for the entire group or just themselves.

Serialized Item Tracking

Enter serial numbers for each product you set up as serialized, either manually or during receiving a purchase order. Track the serial number to the customer at the point of purchase and throughout time for warranty purposes.

Barcode Label Printing

Utilize either sheet stock or rolled labels to print customized labels for your products, with several label sizes to choose from.

Add-on Tips

For customers who want to tip their dive crew, a tip amount can now be added to their purchase and charged onto their credit card. Reports display tip totals and percentages and allows for paid outs to associates on their tips.

Offer unique Accumulation Reward programs that your customers can only get through you. Create Spend $ / Buy (x) product programs and define from any of six reward types including free product, store coupon, store credit, instant dollar off, average retail off and lowest retail.

Detailed Reward Reporting

Run detailed reports for your suppliers on your Reward programs for obtaining free product/$ off totals and eligible purchases leading up to the reward. This provides the necessary tracking to obtain credit for supplier sponsored programs.

Assembly Items

Assemble items together to sell for a set price or with upgrade pricing options. Utilize any of the 3 assembly types (Kits, Linked Sellers, and Fusion Items) that coordinate the selling of packages and kits.



On The Fly Packaging

Simple and fast... Ring your items, then select the items you want to package and press Package Items. The system displays the current margin and combined price and allows you to set an appropriate package price. Discounts are then evenly distributed to each product in the package.

Line of Credit Accounts for Customers

Establish Line of credit (LOC) acccounts, set starting balances, and fully track charges and payments to invoice and report within EncomPos with an optional feed to Quickbooks.



Tax Exemption

Indicate tax exempt status on each of your customer's profiles. Report tax exempt sales separate from taxable and non-taxable sales.

Purchase history is a breeze to access through the shopping cart icon when pulling up a customer or from the Receipt Lookup button, which shows all customer purchases for the selected date.
